Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment – Online & Store Return Policy

MeyerMachine.com & Phone Order Customers may return products purchased through MeyerMachine.com online store and Phone Orders in the following manner under certain circumstances, as listed below, completely:

1. Purchases made through web store and phone order must be paid in full without any outstanding debt owed.

2. Goods purchased through web store and phone order that customer desires to return must:

– Be in new condition, in original packaging, without damage.
– Have been purchased and invoiced within 30 days of return.
– Accompany an original Packing Slip or Invoice, with contact information and phone number
– Be returned to Meyer Machine Supply & Equipment, prepaid and insured if necessary to:

3. Goods returned, unless defective, will conform to the following reimbursement schedule:

– Returns 1-15 Days will receive 100% Product Value Store Credit.
– Returns 16-30 Days will receive 75% Product Value Store Credit.
– Returns Over 30 Days will receive 0% Product Value Store Credit.
– $25 Paperwork and Processing Fee will be deducted from all Returns, regardless of value.
– Special Order or Custom Orders WILL NOT be returnable under any circumstances.
– Under no circumstances will product returns result in a credit card reimbursement, cash pay-out, or any financial restitution other than In-House Store Credit.

4. Defective Goods

– Defective Goods must have valid RGA issued by Technical Support Staff at Meyer Machine & Equipment.
– If Technical Support Staff is able to successfully resolve Customer’s issue with said Defective Goods, an RGA will not be issued.
– Any Defective Goods for even swap replacement must be returned within 15 Days, shipped prepaid and insured by customer.

5. Goods returned that are not authorized for Store Credit will be held for a period of 15 days before being disposed of. In such case, customer that has returned goods will be contacted by information provided within Returned Goods Package to notify them of such case. Customer will have the opportunity to arrange pick-up within the 15 day period, Meyer Machine & Equipment WILL NOT take responsibility for making pick-up or shipping arrangements.
