If HVAC Air Duct Cleaning is your company’s main discipline or if it’s an ADD-ON Service, The Electrak 1 is the Vacuum/Collector to consider for jobs in Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Apartments, Office Buildings, Clean Rooms, and Hospitals.  The Electrak 1 comes standard with the industry’s best filtration, comprised of 3 stages to first remove large debris in the first stage cube filter, remove dirt and dust particles to ASHRAE 95% Efficiency in the second stage filter, and finally Hospital Grade Class 100 Air is expelled from the final stage HEPA filter.

The Electrak 1 cabinets are constructed of ALL ALUMINUM to provide superior strength with minimal weight.  The integral hand-truck uses 10″ no-flat wheels to aid in transport over all surfaces including hard floors, carpet, grass & turf, stone/chip parking lots, and when traversing up and down stairways.  5″ pivoting casters allow for easy steering, and the removeable HEPA cabinet has (2) chest handles, and (4) pivoting casters for easy maneuvering.

Airflow with The Electrak 1 is optimized through the combination of all it’s systems:  Large Filtration, 12″ Standard Hose Inlet, Variable Frequency Drive.  The Variable Frequency Drive, or VFD, allows for the Electrak 1 to have the flexibility to run on any 110-VOLT electrical circuit, and operate on Amperage Loads from 1/2 AMP – 20 AMPS.  Additionally, as dirt and debris are removed from the HVAC Air Duct System, the filters become clogged and more efficient.  This process naturally reduces the volumetric airflow of the vacuum system, diminishing it’s efficiency.  The Electrak’s VFD is able to overcome this natural phenomenon by over-speeding the motor to create higher than normal Static Pressure, and continue moving air through the vacuum/collector.  To put things simply, the VFD system on the Electrak allows for the vacuum system to maintain the maximum airflow through the filters taking into account the filter load and amperage available.
